We have put in strict controls to ensure that work is delivered well before deadline. However, for the rare case that a writer misses the deadline, kindly contact the admin to provide an update on the assignment. You will also be guaranteed a partial refund should the work be late for more than 1 hour, and we ascertain that the delay was the tutor’s fault. However, if the delay was caused by insufficient information for the task or delayed response on the task instructions from the client, we will ask you to give us more time to complete the order and no refund will be provided.
