Clinical Audit

the coursework is an audit and is meant to analyse the data set provided first by using SPSS to present the data and then the data must be described in the essay. i will attach all additional files with the instructions and the data set to to be used for the essay. I will also attach an example audit which is very similar to the one we have to submit.
